Israeli citizens may order various documents from the Ministry of Interior, such as – birth certificates, death certificates, population registry extracts, requests for information on a traveler (entries and exits form) etc.

The citizen must fill the appropriate form, sign it and attach a photocopy of their passport, and then send it by mail, including an envelope with the name and address of the citizen for return mail.
