New Zealand Rallies for Israel!

  •   Jewish and Christian communities all around New Zealand gathered in honor and support of Israel for its 70th anniversary and Jerusalem Day.

    ​This weekend was a busy one for supporters of the State of Israel. On Sunday, rallies were held in Auckland, Hastings and Levin in honor and support of the Jewish State. Israeli Ambassador to New Zealand Dr Itzhak Gerberg gave a speech at the Hope Centre Church in Levin, while many members of the Jewish and Christian communities gathered in Auckland at Silo Park and in Hastings in the city centre.

    The support Israel received in these communities was fantastic. Over 200 people gathered in Auckland while over 300 celebrated in Hastings, with traditional Maori dancing, a Haka, the release of 70 balloons adorned with flags of the State of Israel and, of course, cake!. The event was organized by Pastor Nigel Woodley of the Flaxmere Christian Fellowship, who gave a riveting and heartfelt speech that we will remember always.
