New Zealand's Response to Covid-19

Due to the recent coronavirus surge, new restrictions apply to travelers arriving in Israel. Read the latest restrictions and frequently asked questions here:

Foreigners who wish to enter the State of Israel are required to fill out the following online application form:
https://govforms.gov.il/mw/forms/knisalisrael@mofa.gov.il
The form is for a single applicant only.
No additional applicants can be added to the application, and a separate application must be submitted to each new applicant.
Please note that you can indicate in the application form the reference numbers of applications related to this application.
When filling out the form, be sure to attach / upload the required references and supporting documents, including:
1. Readable photocopy of the applicant's passport.
2. Vaccination certificate or doctor's approval for recovery from COVID-19 or both (depending on the circumstances).
3. Additional documents relevant to the reason for the arrival request, as specified in the application.
When filling out the online application form, the country in which the applicant is currently located must be selected, and, accordingly, the location of the Israeli embassy or consulate to which the application will be sent for examination and processing.
It is important to emphasize that a re-application cannot be submitted within two weeks from your last submission.
