Presentation of Credentials to H. E. Sir Colville Young, Governor-General of Belize

Monday 15th of June, the Ambassador Mr. Oren Bar El presented The Letters of Credentials accrediting him as Ambassador of the State of Israel in Belize.
The ambassador was received in Belize House, Belmopan City by H.E. Sir Colville Young, Governor- General of Belize.
The Credentials Letters, is the document sent in solemn terms and protocol, by a Head of State to the Head of the State from the host Country. The Diplomat who is accredited, represents the highest authority of his Country in the Nation where it has been accredited , according to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of April 18, 1961

OREN BAR –EL
Mr. Bar‐El was born in Israel, Petah Tikva city, on May 13, 1968. He is married and has three children.
Speaks Hebrew, English, Spanish and French and has notions of Arabic and Italian. He graduated at the University of Jerusalem (1992) in science of Agronomy and later studied at the University of Tel Aviv (1995) environmental sciences.
He worked at the Institute of occupational health, in inspections of industries and environmental analysis. In 1995, he joined the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem.
His first role as a diplomat, plays it in the Israel Embassy in Yaounde, Cameroon. In 1999 it is part of the delegation of Israel to the European Community as first Secretary in Brussels, Belgium, for three years.
In 2002, in Jerusalem, he assumed functions of Manager of Central Europe in the Europe Department, Economic Affairs Division.
From 2004 to 2009 she is a member of the Israel Embassy in Paris, France, as an economic and scientific advisor. At the end, returns to the Ministry with the appointment of Director of the Department of Europe, Economic Affairs Division, who plays until his transfer to Spain, in August.
From 2011 to 2014, he is Minister Consejero de la Embajada de Israel in Spain.
