​Estee has always loved cooking, especially growing up in Israel with her Middle Eastern and Eastern European family. Their cooking and her travels around the world sparked a passion that ended up creating her website, Estee's Kitchen. From there, she released her best-selling book "Oy Vey, Vegan" which can be found on the shelves of Barnes & Noble, Target, Costco, and Whole Foods. Her delicious recipes have landed her on the pages of Vogue and other major publications, and on Oregon's AM Northwest where she regularly hosts cooking segments. For those wanting more, Estee also hosts cooking classes along the West Coast, and will kick off online courses on healthy lifestyles and entertaining in the near future.
