​The Department of Community Affairs at the Consulate aims to foster, develop, and strengthen relations between Israel and the local communities in our region. The Consulate implements this mission through educational and cultural activities, bringing together the many diverse communities. We focus on working through collaborative dialogue to learn the challenges and opportunities our communities experience and to involve ourselves in positive community empowerment projects that explore the commonalities that bind us together.
