"The neutralizing of the terrorist Ibrahim Al-Nabulsi is another step in our uncompromising fight against terrorism. I commend the joint action of the security organizations – ISA, IDF and the Israel National Counter-Terrorism (INCT) Unit of the Israel Police – which led to a highly successful precise action without casualties. I convey my appreciation to the forces on the ground who dedicate their lives to the security of the State of Israel.

The ISA has again proven its intelligence superiority against the terrorist organizations. I would like to thank the men and women of the ISA who took part in the operation for their daring, creativity and determination to find and strike terrorists in places that they mistakenly assume will be a safe haven for them.

I have just spoken with the commander of the Israel National Counter-Terrorism, Assistant Commissioner H, Head of ISA Operations N and the Head of IDF Central Command, Maj.-Gen. During the operation, the INCT Canine Unit dog Zili was killed. Zili – beloved and professional – was a member of the unit. The unit – soldiers and canine handlers – will miss him; he had repeatedly accompanied them on operations."
