(Communicated by the Prime Minister's Media Adviser) Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, last night (Tuesday, 17 May 2016), spoke by telephone with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, thanked him for the
invitation for Israel to open a mission at NATO headquarters in Brussels and said that Israel accepts the invitation. Prime Minister Netanyahu said that Israel and NATO would increase cooperation against both terrorist elements in the Middle East and common threats. He invited NATO Secretary-General Stoltenberg to visit Israel.
