    Minister of Foreign Affairs Gabi Ashkenazi today (Sunday, September 27 2020) issued the following statement regarding the Swiss Parliament’s decision to begin the process of outlawing all wings of terrorist organization Hezbollah in Switzerland:  
    I congratulate the Swiss Parliament on its decision to begin the process of outlawing terrorist organization Hezbollah in Switzerland. 
    Hezbollah, including all of its wings, is a murderous terrorist organization that operates in service of the Ayatollah regime in Iran. I call upon Switzerland to speedily complete this process and to join Germany, Britain, Lithuania, and others that have already recognized Hezbollah in its entirety as a terrorist organization. All countries interested in peace and stability must take decisive steps against Hezbollah.
