    SERVICE HOURS:

    Monday -Friday: 09:00-12:00

    Closed weekends, South African public
    holidays and Jewish holidays

    The consular department will not accept any visitors without an appointment being scheduled. Collection and drop offs of documents will only be done by appointment from 12:00- 14:00 daily, please bring along a personal ID or an accreditation letter for a courier.
