     You can submit a request for a certificate by mail or email. Click here​to visit the service page.

     

    Please note: A criminal record certificate can only be sent directly to the requesting entity, with payment for postage via FedEx. If you wish to collect the certificate, you can do so by scheduling an appointment at the consulate only.​

    General Information
     
    • This service is available via mail and appointments. 
    • In order to apply for a Citizenship\ Non-citizenship certificate and Criminal record certificate you must schedule an appointment at the consulate. To schedule an appointment please click here.
    • All available certificates are issued in Hebrew. The only exception is a birth certificate that can also be issued in English, if specifically requested.
    • A requestor may request certificates in his name and in his children’s names, provided they are minors. For ordering certificates in anyone else’s name please visit the site of the Ministry of Interior. Please see here.
    • If an apostille is required on a requested certificate, a separate fee will incur. A credit card payment form can be found here.


    Required Documents

     

    • Photocopy of the requestor’s Israeli passport (in case the requestor doesn't have an Israeli passport another foreign passport will be sufficient).
