    Certificates from the Ministry of Interior and Israeli Police can be ordered through the Consulate. This takes between 4-8 weeks 
     
    please attach the relevant documents as explained below, 
    This service is free of charge, unless you require and apostille stamp on the certificate, which costs 10 EURO . If the certificate is needed for foreign authorities, we recommend you order with an apostille stamp.

    1. Birth/death certificate - come to the embassy - make an appointment, present an Israeli passport and debit card - pay for an apostille stamp (if necessary).
    2. Documentation from the population registry - an application form for providing documentation from the population registry must be filled out in both Hebrew and English (to download the application form for providing documentation from the population registry click on this link). Please make sure to fill in the address section in the Netherlands and the telephone/cell phone number section clearly.
    A proof of payment 10 euros for an apostille stamp and 9 euros for registered mail must be attached​​

    Criminal Record
    1. Request form - please note that on the first line you need to write whoever is asking for the check from you. If the check is for yourself, please fill out this declaration and send it too.
