Making an Appointment

    The Consulate is open from Mondays to Fridays between 10:00-13:00.
    To make an appointment, please send an email to the following address: Consular@hague.mfa.gov.il
     
    and include the following information:
    1) Reason of visit
    2) Photocopy of passport
    3) Phone number
    A response will be received by our team.


    PLEASE NOTE
    1) Signature authentication is done every working day except for Fridays.
    2) Emails sent between Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will receive a response only on Monday. Therefore, during the weekend it is not possible to make an appointment for the following Monday.
    3) In most cases it is not possible to make an appointment on a one day notice.
    4) due to the high demand, the waiting time for an appointment are longer than usual. Currently, the waiting time is 3 months for an appointment. Please be patient, and we will do our best to help you as much as possible.
