Israeli Consul in SH hosts Hengyuanxiang's CEO

    ​On May 12, Ms. Limor Ganon, the Israeli Consul in Shanghai, warmly hosted Mr. Chen Zhongwei, the Chairman and General manager of Hengyuanxiang Group, and Mr. Xu Yi,  the Senior manager of the Group's International department,  at the Israeli Consulate in Shanghai. ​

    ​On behalf of Hengyuanxiang Group, Chairman Chen donated disposable hand sanitizer, antibacterial towels and other anti-epidemic materials to the Israeli Consulate General in Shanghai.

    Ms. Limor Ganon, firstly welcomed Chairman Chen and his delegation, and thanked Hengyuanxiang for their enthusiastic donation.

    In the subsequent meeting the two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on the "Jews in Shanghai" musical drama produced by Heng Yuanxiang Group in 2005. Chairman Chen Zhongwei introduced the background of the creation of "Jews in Shanghai" and drama's performance experience in China, Israel and the United States. At the same time, he expressed his expectations for the commercial development of this drama. Mr. Yossi Ben Shirtri, the senior political and economic advisor talked about the similarities and differences between the Chinese and Israeli drama markets. He also provided valuable opinions on the business plan of "Jews in Shanghai".

    Finally, Consul Limor said that, as a socially responsible enterprise, Heng Yuanxiang's work in the field of public welfare and culture is admirable. The Israeli Consulate General in Shanghai will support Hengyuanxiang's cultural and public welfare events, and jointly promote cultural exchanges between China and Israel.
