    Payment  procedures for Consular Services in the Israeli Consulate in Shanghai: 
     
    Cash payments for consular services will be done in CITIC Bank branches prior to receiving consular services. No Cash payments will be accepted in the Consulate.
    In the bank you will be able to select the appropriate service from a list of services. After completing the payment you will receive an original invoice and a copy.
    Please arrive to the Consulate with both invoices. Services in the Consulate will be provided after showing the original invoice, which is the only proof of payment Please verify in advance the fees for the Notary services, passports and other traveling documents.
    Be advised that for Notary services, appointments must be scheduled in advance, and in any case such services will only be given on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
