    ​The 2020 Pujiang Innovation Forum was opened in Shanghai on the 22nd Oct. Mr. Edward Shapira, the Israeli Consul General in Shanghai and Mr. Yossi Ben-shitrit, advisor to the Consul General attended the opening ceremony. They also held meeting with Mr. Wang Zhigang, Chinese Minister of Science and Technology.​​

    Mr.  Edward said that it's an honor to participate in the opening ceremony of the 2020 Pujiang Forum, which is China's most important scientific and technological innovation forum. It has built a platform for cooperation between China and other countries. Israel, as a well-known country of innovation and entrepreneurship, is willing to coopearte with China in scientific and technological innovation. He was looking forward to more multi-field projects between Israel and China in the future.
    Minister Wang Zhigang said that Israel created a miracle of innovation in the world and the two countries can learn from each other. He hoped that more Sino-Israel scientific and technological cooperation would happen in the near future.
