Since the official launch of the China Israel Changzhou Innovation Park, Changzhou has explored the investment and merger model of “capital + market + M&A channel”, attracting many well-known domestic capitals to conduct investment mergers and acquisitions in Israel. At present, the park has gathered 81 Israeli and Chinese-Israeli cooperative enterprises, not only leading the country, but also showing the most abundant formats. Among them, the CI3 incubator has accumulated more than 20 Israeli companies.

During the meeting, both parties agreed that Shanghai had the best resources in the country in terms of innovation platform, innovation resources and financial capital. Changzhou has a good cooperation foundation in the aspect of industrial cooperation. In the future, the two sides will further strengthen exchanges and interactions, learn from each other and cooperate with each other in the system and mechanism of innovation and cooperation. At the same time, within the framework of deepening regional cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta, the two sides will jointly make China-Israel innovation cooperation stronger and stronger, and achieve the ideal vision of “building, sharing and win-win” through complementary advantages and dislocation competition.
