    ​ Congratulations to the Seattle-Be’er Sheva Sister City Association, along with the participating schools in Washington and Israel, on being selected as the co-winner of the Sister Cities International Project Earth Challenge. Project “Nature’s Air Cleaners has a strong emphasis on the use of public transportation as a way to reduce pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, as well as the comparative ability of plant species to absorb carbon dioxide. The partnership between the schools in Seattle and Be’er Sheva is commendable.
