14 large clay jugs containing seeds of 3,400 year old burnt wheat have recently been uncovered in a storage room at Tel Hazor in the Upper Galilee.

This year the Olympic Committee of Israel will be sending 36 Olympics, 18 men and 18 women, to the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London. Players will be representing 10 different sports.
