Ceremony at the Holocaust Memorial in SF

    ​Consul General Shlomi Kofman pays his respects to the 6 million Jews who were murdered during the Holocaust on this International Holocaust Remembrance Day at the California Palace of the Legion of Honor.

    Since 2019, the European Union Consuls General in San Francisco gather at The Holocaust Memorial for a ceremony to honor and remember the victims of the Holocaust. This year the ceremony was adapted to comply with the restrictions in place in the city.
    In this ceremony participated the European Union Consuls General, the Israeli Consul General, Rabbi Jessica Zimmerman Graf, an Auschwitz Survivor and Representatives of San Francisco Mayor’s Office, Inter Faith Council, American Jewish Committee, and Anti-Defamation League.
