Supporters from San Francisco, the South Bay, the East Bay and the North Bay joined together to stand up for Israel in a peaceful rally. Consul General Andy David was joined by Assemblyman Mark Levine, Rabbi Doug Kahn, Rabbi Menachem Creditor, the Board of Rabbis, heads of federations and Jewish community councils, IDF alumni from Stanford, and many others, in addressing the audience, while media luminary John Rothman emceed.

The rally started at noon at Civic Center Plaza, where demonstrators from about 40 Bay Area Jewish organizations gathered with Israeli flags and signs showing loyalty to Israel and unanimous disdain for Hamas militants.
