    Thanks, Riara University for the partnership! 

    Together we organized a conference "Global Actors in Eastern Africa and the Great Lakes Region in the Rapidly Changing World Order: Current Trends and Developments" with professors from Israel & Kenya. 

    The aim of it is to strengthen research collaborations & generating a solid & verified knowledge data-base on regional trade and economy, strategic security, defense & soft power.

    Participants had a chance to discuss the international ‘power-play’ amongst global actors in the Region, and its influence on regional self-positioning as a collective, as well as individual state entities.

    During the conference, H.E. Ambassador Michael Lotem oversaw the launch of Association for the Advancement of Scientific International Relations Studies at Riara University. Thanks to the School of International Relations & Diplomacy of Riara University for the partnership.​​
