Important Notice Regarding Visa Applications to Kenya

As of January 5^th 2024, there is a new system (eTA - Electronic Travel Authorization) of application for travel to Kenya that will replace the need for a visa (via the e-visa portal). Electronic registration is required up to 90 days before arrival. Processing of the form can take at least 3 working days until you receive the approved status. You will be required to present this form at the time of check-in or any point of entry to Kenya. 

The cost of this service is 34.09$.

-       Please note that diplomats who are not accredited to Kenya are required to fill out an eTA form but are exempt from payment.

-       Residents or pass holders are exempt from the eTA form.

-       Children under the age of 18 the legal guardian, parent or accompanying adult is responsible for filling in the application.
