A five-day Israel film festival will be held at the Alliance Francaise, Nairobi, starting Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
Ten award winning Israeli films depicting the different and fascinating facets of the vibrant Israeli society will be screened throughout the week, two films per evening
The film festival, being inaugurated and hosted by the Embassy of Israel in Nairobi, is part of a series of festive events around Kenya by the Embassy to celebrate the 50 years of its relations with Kenya.
We hope that the Israeli Film Festival will enhance Kenyan’s view of Israeli life and culture, spotlight Israel’s thriving film and television industry, and promote cultural awareness of Israel through the powerful medium of film.
