    ​H.E. Oded Joseph met with the Kenya-Israel Parliamentary Friendship Group members at the Embassy as he briefed them on the current violence that had arisen from attacks on Israel by Hamas Terrorist.

    The Ambassador informed the Parliamentarians, led by Hon. Esther Passaris, the Chairperson of the Group that Israel was fighting against terrorism, which was not affecting just Israel, but the Palestinians as well.

     

    Amb. Oded, reiterated that terrorism is a common enemy and called on Kenya and all nations to condemn and stand-up against terrorism.

     

    The Parliamentarians who joined the meeting both physically and virtually confirmed that Kenya had suffered the brunt of terrorism and were united in the fight against all forms of terrorism.

     

    The violence has since stopped after a ceasefire was reached.
