MASHAV, Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation, announces the initiation of a new micro financial grant to support ongoing development projects which were launched and are operated by graduates of MASHAV training programs, in Israel and abroad.

MASHAV believes this new tool will serve in complementarity to its capacity building efforts and can support grassroot development initiatives. Institutional capacity building together with community level support is an effective way to encourage sustainable development efforts.

    4.  The project should be directly connected with the theoretical subject matter presented during the applicant’s participation in a MASHAV’s program.
    5.   The project must have a proven budget source and a viable financial model.
    6.   The project must be recognized and supported by the local or federal authorities.
    7.   MASHAV is clearly mentioned and credited in all the project's publication and visuals.

    Application:
    1.  The project’s concept and technical and financial program will be presented in writing to the Israeli Diplomatic Mission accredited to the applicant’s country.
    2.   The financial support and the amount of the grant will be decided and approved by the Israeli Ambassador in the applicant’s country, together with the Deputy Head of MASHAV, Israel.
