Deputy Consul General Shulamit Chouraki

    Shulamit Chouraki began her post as Deputy Consul General in summer 2022. 
    Prior to that she served for three years as the Consul at our embassy in Bogota, Colombia. 
    Shulamit is a 19 year veteran of Israel's Foreign Ministry having done her national service in ministry. She rose through the ranks, also spending many years in the Foreign Minister's Bureau. 
    Born in France, Shulamit speaks a fluent French as well as Hebrew, Spanish and English. She grew up in Israel from age 8. Shulamit is married with three children.
