The event, presented by the Embassy of Israel in Vietnam,brought audiences the best movies from Israeli cinema on a wide range of topics, allowing people to get closer to the Israeli people and their lives.
The festival is a chance for Vietnamese people to learn more about Israel through the art of cinematography.
The 2014 Israeli Film Festival showcases five Israeli movies including “‘Foreign Letters,’ ‘Broken Wings,’ ‘Something Sweet,’ ‘Someone to Run With’ and ‘The Matchmaker.’
The event took place from November 1 – 5 at Hanoi‘s National Cinema Center at 87 Lang Ha Street, in Dong Da District; and from November 6 – 10 at HCMC’s BHD Star Cineplex ICON68 at 2 Hai trieu in District 1.
