The 5th International Israeli Music Competition - A chance to participate in a unique competition which introduces the fascinating styles emanating from Israeli music.
The competition in open to students, tutors and graduates of music academies throughout the UK and internationally, for both soloists and chamber ensembles.

The first prize for the Israeli Music Competition:- £1,500 - a concert and live recording (including a lightly edited "auditorium-cum-studio" master CD) at the Jerusalem Music Centre - a recital in one of London’s top venues sponsored by the JMI
- Applicants, must be no more than 35 years of age (For the Ernest Bloch Competition, all ages are welcome) - Applicants must submit a copy of their current (valid) passport/birth certificate to prove their age - Applicants must submit a copy of their current biography (maximum 150 words) - Soloists must submit one high-resolution photograph of themselves, with instrument(s) (if applicable) - Groups must submit one high-resolution photograph of the group with instrument(s) (if applicable) - Photographs and audio/video recordiings may be made during the competition. These, as well as biographies, photographs and recordings submitted as part of the application process may all be used by the Israeli Music Competition/Ernest Bloch Music Competition for publicity purposes.
Fee £35 per person per competition and £80 per group per competition – cheques should be made payable to "Israeli Music Competition". Application fees are non-refundable.
