As parts of its annual humaritarian programs, the Embassy of Israel in Hanoi led by H.E. Mr. Amnon Efrat, the Ambassador of Israel to Vietnam has paid a visit today (2nd August 2012) to Ha Tay Centre for disable children and orphans on the occsassion of a new school year 2012-2013. This is the centre to take care of 120 children who are parentless children, orphans, deaf and dump and mentally-disable children from 6 to 16 years old.
The Embassy donated covering materials to the Centre’s mutiply-functional playing-ground and renovated the dining room of the Centre. 120 packages of gift were presented to the children.
