On the occasion of Lunar New Year, Mrs Meirav Eilon Shahar, The Ambassador of Israel In Vietnam, sent a short blessing in Vietnamese to all families around Vietnam.
"Hello all friends,
This is the first time I'm celebrating Tet as the ambassador of Israel to Vietnam. This year would be very important since we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Israel and Vietnam Diplomatic relationship. On this occasion I would like to wish you all a prosperous Snake year and to be Strong, Wise and Sharp like the Snake.
The relationship between Vietnam and Israel has never been better. I'm more than happy and honored to take part in the ongoing efforts to bring two counties even closer.
Good 2013 year for all Vietnamese families.
