    The volunteer group consists of 116 people, including 20 multinational doctors, 30 nurses and 66 supporters. From September 11 to September 16, the group came to 9 communes in Kon Plong district to do consultancy, examination and distribution of free medicines for over 7,000 people, giving 3,500 presents including rice, salt,  clothes and school supplies for students.

    Konplong District Hospital is now equiped with a new ultrasound machine and local health workers were instructed about community health issues. Funds have also been sent for Hieu commune to build two clean water wells. Secondary School in Mang But is now renovated, thanks to the group.

    "The Israeli Embassy in Vietnam has always listened and understand the needs of the Vietnamese people, so we worked with FMP to support the people of Kon Plong with health care, clean water and education. Vietnam and Israel are working closely, not only with government to government but also from people to people." , said Ms. Meirav Eilon Shahar, Ambassador of Israel to Vietnam.
