    On Thursday (10/01/2013), all Israeli diplomats residing in Vietnam went to the Embassy of Israel in Hanoi to practice their citizen right: to vote for the parliament (Knesset). The oversea diplomats  conduct the voting ealier than national election day  in Israel (on 22/01/2013 ).Voters will elect the parties of 34 party candidates, it is scheduled that around month after the election, Israel will have a new government and prime minister.
