     25 officials of Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Provincial People's Committee of Vietnam are ready to travel to Israel to attend the seminar: "Emergency Situation Preparedness" held by MASHAV. With leading focus on decision making, the 10 day program will expose the Israeli knowledge and experience to disaster response and preparedness, both man-made and natural, The program also assist participants in improving their strategies and tools to handle emergency situations as a result of disaster occur by any cause.
