Israel's King of the Blues, LAZER LLOYD, has been hailed as “One of the most popular blues singers and guitarists in Israel" by the Washington Post, and “A consummate musician, writer, and storyteller" by the Nashville Blue Society.

Renowned rock music journalist Tom Lounges writes, "After meeting a homeless man in Central Park while living in the U.S., Lloyd walked away from an Atlantic Records deal and a production opportunity with an E-Street member to chase his muse to the Middle East."  You can hear his music and the story of his colorful career and the incredible musical journey that took the American born-and-raised musician to Israel where for over 20 years he has helped the Middle Eastern blues scene flourish in this interview with Tom on "Midwest Beat" from Indiana/Chicago public radio.
