For the time being, for every trip to Israel, everyone is required to fill an entry statement.

Entry of foreign nationals who have been vaccinated or recovered abroad:
- Foreign nationals (all ages over 1 y/o) who have been vaccinated for coronavirus or who have recovered coronavirus (Digital recovery certificate only) shall be allowed to enter Israel through Ben Gurion International Airport, under the following conditions:
- Recovered - a certificate of recovery that can be digitally verified in the Ministry of Heath's systems in Israel ONLY!
- All passengers must fill the form within 48 hours before the flight.

Those who do not meet these requirements shall not be allowed to enter Israel unless they submit an application to the Exceptions Committee for clearance for exceptional entry to Israel. To fill out the exception request, please click here.
