    In advance of the International WATEC Conference and Exhibition, scheduled to take place in Israel between the 22nd and 24th of October, the Government of Israel Economic Mission hosted this week Dr. Gilead Forutna for a series of meetings with executives in leading manufacturing companies. 
     
    Dr. Fortuna, a fellow researcher at the Neeman Institute, is an industry veteran. He is leading a project to map opportunities for Israeli water companies in sectors such as Food and Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas, Mining and more. 
     
    Over the course of two days Dr. Fortuna had meetings with leading companies in these sectors in the Midwest, in which he presented the capabilities of the Israeli water industry and discussed potential collaboration possibilities.
