BioBoost to be New Biotech Incubator in Israel

The Office of the Chief Scientist of Israel announced that BioBoost will receive about $2 million from the Chief Scientist over the next 3 years to establish the incubator in Israel. The incubator’s companies will work on drug and medical device development.
BioBoost is a joint venture of OrbiMed, Johnson and Johnson and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. More than $28 million has been pledged by BioBoost’s partners to support the incubator’s companies.
