Threshold requirements proving childbirth:

Evidence of delivery is required to ensure that birth was by the biological mother and not adoption or any other legal procedure (for example surrogacy). 

Conclusive evidence for childbirth can be considered by presenting the following documents: 

Certificate from the hospital stating a childbirth.

Hospitalization documents or letter of discharge signed by a hospital official. 

Documents stating a pregnancy check-up by a physician documented as of the 3rd month of the pregnancy. 

Any other credible document stating a childbirth.
