Request for Certificates

    This service is available via mail and appointments.
    Please contact the consular department for guidance regarding the application process

    All available certificates are issued in Hebrew.
    The only exception is a birth certificate that can also be issued in English, if specifically requested.

    An application can be made by and an individual on his behalf or in his children’s names, provided they are minors.

    If an apostille is required on a requested certificate, an Apostille fee is required.

    For a birth certificate in Hebrew please click here
    For Bilingual Birth Certificate (Hebrew and in English) - the person's personal details must also be filled in English on the application as well.

  • Certificate of good conduct / non criminal record

    ​The application can be submitted online at the Israel Police website.

    If an apostille stamp is needed, then this option should be selected.

    After the certificate is produced, it will be sent to the relevant embassy and from there it will be sent to the requesting entity according to the details filled in the application.
    If the application is sent online, please inform us by email that the application has been submitted.

    Alternately, the application can be sent to the embassy with the following documents by mail:
    1. Application form – filled and signed
    2. A copy of a valid Israeli passport or ID card
    3. Letter of request from the applicant to the consul
    4. If an apostille is needed, payment of the relevant fee is required

    After receiving all the application, we will forward the request to the Israel Police.

    Since the application and required documents must be submitted by mail or in person, the processing time may be longer than applying online.
