    Please contact the embassy for instructions regarding the required documents before sending them.
    Some of the applications must be made in person. 

    The sender bears full responsibility for the materials mailed to the Embassy, and the embassy assumes no liability for the content of the mail.

    Payments for consular services can be made in cash (in PLN) only.

  • ​Security Instructions when arriving to the Embassy

    1. Please bring a Passport and / or photo ID.
    2. Every visitor and his belongings will be required to undergo a security check.
    3. For security purposes, no personal objects will be allowed into the Embassy, including handbags, mobile phones and electronic devices.
    4. Do not bring large handbags or suitcases to the mission.
    5. Do not bring food, drinks or containers of any sort.
    6. Do not bring electronic devices (Laptops, Tablets...)
