    “Diplomacy in the Age of Digital Technology”

    The lecture took place at 18:30, at the European University Cyprus. 
    Ambassador Katz spoke about the influential role that technology is playing in the governmental and diplomatic arenas. 
    Noam Katz explained that "digital diplomacy is how we maneuver and act in the environment created by the digital echo-system, based on our objectives, interests and values." 

    “When it comes to digital diplomacy, ‘Glocalization’ is a key word. It is global but it also needs to be local,” Ambassador Katz stressed.
