Rotem Segev was appointed as Deputy Head of Mission at the
Embassy of Israel to Cyprus in August 2022.
She joined the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2015. The
year after, she took office as the Deputy Consul General, at the Consulate
General of Israel in Montreal, Canada (2016-2019).
Between 2019-2022, she
served at the Israel-U.S. Political Relations Department, at the North America
Division, at the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in Jerusalem.
Rotem earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering
at Ben-Gurion University (2009-2013) and completed her Master’s degree in
Business Administration at Tel-Aviv University (2021-2022).
She speaks Hebrew, English and French.
