א. חובת נוכחות של
שני ההורים הישראלים יחד עם הילוד והצגת דרכונים ישראליים.
ב. יש להגיע עם תעודת
לידה מקורית ומאומתת, וכן תמונות של הילוד בגודל 5*5
ג. יש להצטייד באישור
לידה מבית היולדות (אישור בית החולים המעיד על הלידה/מכתב שחרור מבית החולים/מעקב
הריון החל מהשליש השלישי).
ד. ההורה הישראלי
יגיש טופס הודעה על לידה של אזרח ישראלי שאותו ימלא בנציגות.
-כאשר תעודת הלידה איננה כתובה בשפה העברית, או האנגלית, או הערבית
- על ההורה לצרף תרגום לעברית, או אנגלית התרגום חייב באימות.

Registration
newborn abroad:
A. Mandatory
presence of both Israeli parents together with the newborn and presentation of
Israeli passports at the
embassy.
B. You must
come with an original and verified birth certificate, as well as 5x5 photos of
the newborn.
C. You must
have a proof of birth from the maternity hospital (hospital certificate
attesting to the birth/discharge letter from the hospital/pregnancy monitoring
starting from the third trimester).
d. The
Israeli parent will submit a form for the birth of an Israeli citizen, which he
will fill out at the embassy.
- When the birth certificate is not written
in Hebrew, or English, or Arabic - the parent must attach a translation into
Hebrew, or English. The translation must be verified.
Notarization:

Visas:
The

Issuance
of an Israel travel document:
- An Israeli
passport must be presented first.
- You must
fill out an application form for a passport/ one-time enter certificate.
- The cost
of issuing a passport is 78 euros and the cost of a one-time enter certificate
is 41 euros.
Marriage
registration for Israeli citizens at the embassy:
The
following documents must be presented:

certificate verified with an apostille and translated if necessary with
translation verification.
Completed
