The student projects which won awards were indeed very impressive. "The competition is important to enhance Holocaust understanding & knowledge among students. It is essential in our efforts to ensure We Remember and Never Forget" Ambassador Revel stressed.

He added "I had the chance to hear and view parts of the projects that were submitted and I was really impressed. Essays and poems, videos, theater plays and drawings. I was amazed to see the creativity and sensitivity of the students, in approaching the difficult subject of the Holocaust."
