    ​During a warm ceremony among friends and the staff of the embassy Ambassador Shmuel Revel lit the 8th candle of Hanukkah, the Jewish Festival of Lights.

    "Every Ambassador strives to take the bilateral relations a step further. My wish is to achieve for our two countries a relation not based only on interests; a friendship that goes beyond any circumstances," said Ambassador Revel.
