The Ambassador of Israel in Cyprus Mrs Yael Ravia-Zadok and Mr Ron Ravia hosted a farewell reception on 19 October 2017 at the Famagusta Gate, on the occasion of the completion of the Ambassador's term in Cyprus.
“Cyprus is very important to Israel; Cypriots are important to Israelis. I feel privileged to have served in Cyprus, I will always carry this chapter in my heart and wherever I go, Cyprus goes with me. I am changing my street address, I am not leaving Cyprus,” stressed Ambassador Yael Ravia-Zadok.
The event was attended by prominent members of the political, diplomatic, business and academic world as well as friends of the Embassy.
