Seemingly overnight,  one Israeli internet entrepreneur named Ben Lang has built one of the most ingenious and valuable resources and tool for job seekers and investors alike. Called simply “Mapped in Israel,” the website is an interactive map that takes you through Israel’s thriving start up industry. A start-up about start-ups? Not since Kramer’s idea of a coffee table book about coffee tables has an idea captivated us so.

What originally started as a few pins in a Google map-like design has evolved into something pretty amazing. Looking for a start-up in social media? Or maybe you’re looking for investors in Israel? With every click of the tab, you’ll see Israel in a different way. From mapping start-ups in biomed to finding venture capitalists to invest in your next big social media app, “Mapped in Israel” is growing every day. On its first day, 300 companies submitted their requests to be added to the network/map. Today, there are over 700 start-ups, and dozens of investors, R&D centers, etc.
