    The Empty Room creation portrays a comic-drama of a lifetime story of a couple dealing with life and difficulties, with love and fear through their own language and gestures. It contains unique cooperation combining different theme of art: Dance, Voice & Theatre.

    Mr. Ido Tadmor is a legendary world renowned Israeli dancer & Choreographer, the 2011 winner of highly respected ‘Landau Prize’ in Israel for lifetime achievement. During more than 3 decades, do has represented the State of Israel around the world as an “Ambassador of Dance”.

    Over the years, he has danced as a principal dancer in companies such as Bat Dor dance company, Bat Sheva dance company, Scapino ballet, Lar Lubovitch and many world collaborations and projects.
    Ido has worked with world major choreographers such as Hans Van Mannen, Ohad Naharin, Itzik Galili, Lar Lubovitch, Alvin Ailey, Vladimir Vassiliev, Robert North and many more.

    Mr. Gaga by Tomer Heymann | 26TH August | 18:30 | Nandan Theatre, Kolkata

    Mr. Gaga tells the story of Ohad Naharin, renowned choreographer and artistic director of the Batsheva Dance Company. An artistic genius who pioneered Gaga, an innovative movement language and redefined the language of modern dance. Director Tomer Heymann mixes intimate rehearsal footage with an extensive unseen archive and breathtaking dance sequences.

    Mr. Tomer Heymann is an acclaimed Israeli filmmaker whose films have won major awards at different prestigious film festivals including his first film It Kinda Scares Me. Paper Dolls won three awards at the 2006 Berlin International Film Festival and the audience’s award at the Los Angeles Film Festival.
