25 years of Israel-India Diplomatic Relations call for a mega Yoga Day Celebration in Israel!
In continuance of the 25 years of Growing Partnership celebrations, yoga activities will take place in cities across Israel with a special event in the Yoga Capital of Israel – Tel Aviv

*Israel’s largest Yoga event on Rabin Square
*The largest art piece ever created by 1500 yoga mats
On June 21st, the largest yoga event in Israel will take place at Rabin Square in Tel Aviv from 18:00 until 23:00. This year, India and Israel celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. On this 3rd international Yoga Day, 1500 yoga mats will puzzle together the city’s dreams into one artwork. Thousands of individuals will come to partake in multiple forms of yoga lead by Dr. Rohit Sabharwal, a renowned yoga teacher from the Art of Living stream of Yoga. At 20:00, an official ceremony will be held, including a message of Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. The ceremony will end with Indian cultural performance of dance and music.
At 16:00, the largest artwork ever created out of yoga mats will be revealed. The artwork visualizes the future of Israel 30 years from now with an emphasis on the environment, culture & co-existence. Lead by Dreame founder Sharonna Karni Cohen who collected hundreds of dreams from hundreds of people in Tel Aviv. She thereafter recruited artist Amit Trainin and two junior artists who transformed these dreams into one artwork visualizing the future. This was scanned and sliced into 1500 pieces and printed onto yoga mats; all being puzzled together on Wednesday morning.
